These Terms and Conditions govern your use of goimperfect.com and any purchase from ImPerfect. The store is operated by The Sticky Company, trading as ImPerfect, of Mazaya Tower, Mirqab, Kuwait City, Al Asimah 13036, Kuwait.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery and Returns policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to enter a contract and make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Products

ImPerfect sells period-care pads and liners for personal use. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always follow the on-pack instructions and change products regularly.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless another currency is displayed. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are shown at checkout before you pay.

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including if an item is unavailable, a price is incorrect, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers.

Promotions

Discounts, including bundle offers, apply only as described on the site and at checkout. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time, except for orders already accepted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
